Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our control. Please note that delivery times for physical goods may be affected by weekends, public holidays, and the delivery address.

You are required to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including the recipient’s name. We are not liable for the delivery of goods to the wrong address or recipient if this occurs because you provided inaccurate or incomplete information.

You are responsible for, and may be required to pay:

1. delivery charges in addition to the price of the goods you purchase; and

2. any import duties, taxes, or other charges applied by the destination country.
