Remote Customer Experience Travel Agent

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Outstanding Customer Support

    • Manage transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services based on client needs.

    • Use promotional materials and strategies to market tours, itineraries, and deals.

  • Troubleshoot & Resolve Issues
    • Identify, address, and solve customer problems—escalating complex cases as needed.
    • Provide accurate, complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Maintain Customer Records

    • Follow established procedures, policies, and guidelines to ensure consistent service.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in customer support or a client-facing role

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time-management skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
