Job Description

• Develops and maintains user and technical documentation, as well as project process documentation for Application Teams.
• Understands user perspectives of applications/technology and sequences procedures logically.
• Provides expertise on technical concepts, user groups, and application structure to ensure coherent documentation.
• Produces a wide range of technical content including articles, reports, brochures, and manuals.
• May coordinate visual content such as graphics and manage the overall production of documentation.

• 8 years Knowledge of State Vital Statistics laws, policies, procedures, and regulations
• 8 years Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
• 8 years Experience in business analysis methodologies
• 8 years Skill in analyzing and evaluating complex IT applications, policies, and issues
• 8 years Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 8 years Ability to use initiative, make independent judgments, manage time effectively, and lead teams
• 8 years Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution
• 8 years Strong comprehension skills to interpret materials and draft concise reports or responses for leadership review
• 8 years Expertise in gathering, organizing, and analyzing data; recommending solutions and solving work-related issues
• 8 years Proven ability to produce accurate work estimates and monitor progress
• 8 years Effective communication skills over the phone and in person
• 8 years Ability to read and interpret cursive handwriting
