We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the full-cycle recruiting process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain the best talent in the tourism industry.
This is a W-2 remote position (not a contract role). Applicants must reside in the United States and be fluent in English.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager , you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. You will collaborate with department leaders, refine our recruitment strategy , and drive the entire hiring lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
