Condesa is searching for a sous chef to join our team. We have two concepts at this location: a full service Mexican restaurant and a rooftop bar and taqueria.. Our menu features traditional Mexican dishes refined with modern technique using the highest quality ingredients. Our kitchen features a coal fired oven and a custom Molino to grind our own Nixtamalized corn.
