We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead Silver Air's digital storytelling across all social platforms. This on-site role is ideal for a hands-on content expert who excels in luxury branding, understands digital trends, and can translate our premium experience into a compelling online presence.

This on-site role offers hands-on collaboration with the CEO and Director of business and Marketing Consultant and team for quick-turnaround projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to grow audience, engagement, and brand equity.


• Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (photo, video, captions) across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok.


• Collaborate with internal teams (charter sales, aircraft management, people ops) to align messaging with business priorities.


• Monitor trends, audience sentiment, and competitive activity to inform campaigns and creative direction.


• Maintain a consistent posting schedule and brand voice tailored to each platform.


• Oversee community management—engaging with followers, responding to messages, and proactively managing the brand's online reputation.


• Track, analyze, and report on KPIs and content performance, adjusting strategies based on data.


• Manage relationships with external vendors and influencers when appropriate.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in luxury, travel, aviation, or lifestyle sectors.


• Exceptional written and visual storytelling skills with a strong understanding of brand tone and aesthetics.


• Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, mobile photography, short-form video editing).


• Proven ability to grow brand awareness and engagement through organic content strategies.


• Highly organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.


• Familiarity with paid social campaigns and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) a plus.
