Qualifications

✔2+ years of sales experience

✔ Active Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License (or willingness to obtain)

✔ Experience using a CRM

✔ Confident, energetic, and resourceful

✔ Hunter’s mentality – You go after what you want

✔ Resilient and persistent – You don’t let rejection slow you down

✔ Highly organized and coachable – You take feedback and apply it fast

✔ Positive attitude and dependability – Your team can count on you

Sales experience is preferred

Insurance experience and a college degree are a plus (but not required!)
