As a Customer Business Sr. Director here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and growing our customer relationship with the USAF and DLA customers for a variety of military aircraft and systems.You will report directly to the Vice President of the Defense Americas Aftermarket team and you'll work out of a Honeywell location in proximity to the customer on a hybrid work schedule. The position will lead a team of Account Sales Managers and Program Managers. This role is responsible for developing their staff skillsets while growing a sales pipeline and executing to the AOP. You are responsible for key customer relations and overall proposal strategy and negotiations. The focus is on strategic capture of new business opportunities, executing existing business effectively and tracking the growth and execution pipeline extensively.
The Sr. Director will be an expert in assigned customer platforms, Honeywell content, Honeywell capabilities and in doing so will understand the business and competitive environment and will be able to identify and close short term and long-term growth opportunities for Honeywell. In this role, you will impact the business by developing and executing customer business plans, driving revenue growth, and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions and ensure the success of our customers.
