Senior Data Analyst

Location: Remote

Summary/Objective

The Data Analyst is responsible for designing, installing, monitoring, and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports, as well as managing data integration and performing advanced data analytics using Cleo Integration Cloud, Power Automate, and Power BI.

Essential Functions

• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources into the data warehouse using SQL and ETL tools
• Design, develop, and deploy interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI based on business requirements
• Create, troubleshoot, and monitor EDI and API-based customer integrations using Cleo Integration Cloud
• Develop custom workflows, automation scripts, and reports utilizing Power Automate and PowerShell
• Maintain, optimize, and support the Power BI infrastructure, including data models, DAX queries, and Power BI Service
• Leverage data analytics and business intelligence tools to enhance and streamline warehouse processes

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and conflicts within the team.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and projects.
• Comfortably work with limited direction
• Expertise in data integration, development methodologies and business intelligence tools used in the industry.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate or Cleo Integration Cloud.
