Position: SBA Loan Closer (Remote)

Join a dynamic and growing SBA team at a well-established regional bank! We are seeking an enthusiastic SBA Loan Closer who is ready to contribute their expertise in a hybrid remote role.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the team to create and review loan requests, ensuring that all documentation and information are accurate to facilitate the process.
Review and approve title commitments, surveys, insurance documents, UCC searches for lien positions, and any other necessary third-party documentation.
Coordinate with third-party inspectors for all construction loans to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Prepare SBA packaging forms efficiently and accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with customers, attorneys, title companies, lenders, and their assistants.
Submit loans to the SBA for approval and prepare the SBA Loan Authorization for any SBA PLP loans.
Schedule and coordinate loan closings, ensuring all loans are closed and funded in accordance with approved loan requests, bank policies, regulatory guidelines, and SBA procedures.
Qualifications:

5-10 years of experience in SBA 7(a) closing.
Current knowledge of SBA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or equivalent experience preferred.

Salary: $ 75,000.00 110,000.00 Per Year
