RID|ICK is looking for ONE high-energy, self-motivated closer who wants to control their income. As a Hybrid Sales Rep, you will set your own appointments AND close deals, earning big commissions with no income cap. This is a full-time opportunity for a serious sales professional willing to put in the hours and effort.

Realistic Earnings:

• $45,000 - $250,000+ per year depending on performance.
• If you put in the work, you will get paid.

Commission Structure:

- Training Pay: 10% Of The Total Contract “OMEGA”

- Post-Training: 12% Of The Total Contract “BETA”

- High Performers: 15% Of The Total Contract “ALPHA”

- BONUS : 3% Increase On All Total Sales Per Monthly Cycle After Reaching/Exceeding $150,000 In Total Closed Deals For The Month.

- You are only paid after the final check is collected & the job is complete. If insurance is involved, the process from a closed deal to getting paid can take up to 45 days.

What You’ll Do:

• Knock doors, network, and generate high-quality leads.
• Set appointments with homeowners for our services.
• Meet with potential customers, build trust, and close deals.
• Meet with insurance agents & adjusters.
• Assist homeowners with insurance claims for roofing, gutters, storm damage, flood, and fire damage.
• Sell roofing, seamless gutters, gutter guards, junk removal, light demolition & property clean outs.

The best chances of meeting homeowners when knocking is when they are home, typically between 3 PM – 8 PM.
