Position Overview:

As a Road and Safety Supervisor , you’ll play a key role in supporting our drivers, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring compliance across our fleet. You’ll be on the front lines of operations, providing real-time support and using video systems, field observations, and direct communication to keep our services running smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities of a Road and Safety Supervisor:

• Collaborate with Driver Support to resolve driver issues and concerns
• Assist drivers in the field with guidance and problem resolution
• Monitor and manage vehicle camera systems; review and retrieve video footage
• Conduct safety audits, road observations, and compliance checks
• Review driver paperwork for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinate random driver testing as required
• Respond to incidents, accidents, and safety concerns promptly
• Conduct site investigations and collect statements as needed
• Support training and development initiatives for drivers

Qualifications of a Road and Safety Supervisor:

• Prior experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using video surveillance or camera review systems
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• High school diploma or equivalent required
