Job Title: Endur Business Analyst (with Testing and Cutover)

Juno Beach, FL

Travel Type: Partial Remote (expenses paid)

Job Requirements:

Testing :

Has 8+ years of progressive Endur / ETRM testing experience using either an agile or waterfall approach.

Responsibilities include:

Developing a test plan to test specific conditions which confirm product quality;

Developing test cases, test scenarios and test data;

Test execution and recoding the test results in the tool;

Defect logging , defect testing and defect life cycle management;

Update test plans with latest progress on test execution.

Business Analyst

Has 10+ years progressive experience in role experience delivering Endur / ETRM package in agile or waterfall approach.

Responsibilities include:

Leading workstream and/or initiative with multiple stakeholders across Technology and business;

Working with product owners and Endur SMAs to shape the response to the business opportunity, designing the functional requirements process and orchestrating other digital resources;

Seeking effective business solutions through improvements of workflows, ways of working and organization as well as the provision of digital products;

Guiding the product owner and others in the maintenance of a backlog and the shaping of epics and sprints;

Establishing documentation of requirements, workflow design, data models etc. in appropriate formats to engage stakeholders and communicate clearly;

Designing and / or reviewing testing approach, test scripts and training materials to match business requirements;

Implementing the BP authorized and approved standards, guidelines, and procedures;

Establishing third line support of production issue resolution as it pertains to business processes.
