Responsibilities

Do you want to be part of a team that supports USCYBERCOM's Joint Cyber Warfare Architect (JCWA) capabilities and systems? Peraton is see king a motivated and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic product management team. As a Product Owner, you will be the bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that product features align with customer needs and the mission. You will work with the customer to manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure successful product delivery within an Agile environment.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Program Management, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 10 years Agile/Scrum experience as a Product Owner/Manager directly support ing the customer

Desired Qualifications: 

• Prior experience working directly with or as a Government Acquisition Professional

• Understanding of Agile frameworks, such as Scaled Agile Framework ( SAFe ) and Kanban, or other similar Agile Frameworks .

• Experience working closely with development teams to define and prioritize product backlogs.

• Proven track record of managing all aspects of product delivery throughout its lifecycle.

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
