We provide highly personalized and evidence-based outpatient addiction treatment services. Our focus is on helping individuals transition from addiction to recovery through a holistic, integrated care model. This approach addresses the four pillars of mental, biological, social, and spiritual health to ensure a comprehensive and lasting recovery journey.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Outreach and Marketing Manager to play a key role in developing new business opportunities and marketing relationships. This individual will help position our organization as a trusted community resource, known for its ethical integrity and strong, evidence-based clinical programming. The Outreach Manager will work closely with the Clinical and Admissions Teams to support brand image and organizational mission, while driving lead generation and business development efforts.

This role is a mix of remote work, field travel, and in-office duties, as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage relationship marketing functions.
Maintain a strong understanding of the organization's job functions, including admissions and clinical operations.
Utilize both new and existing relationships to generate leads and meet performance goals.
Promote the organization's mission and brand to both internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with the website development team to ensure content remains updated.
Work with Admissions to track lead generation activities and report progress to the CEO.
Maintain open communication across all teams, addressing any discrepancies that may arise.
Document and update potential and current referral contacts in the database.
Drive new client placements through personal networking and outreach activities.
Identify new partnership opportunities with facilities based on client needs and industry trends.
Assist the CEO in the vetting process for new partner facilities, including screenings, tours, and meetings.
Help foster strong, ongoing relationships with partner facilities.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

A minimum of a 2-year degree or equivalent preferred.
At least two years of current experience in outreach/business development for an addiction treatment outpatient center.
Ability to maintain professionalism with clients, staff, and visitors in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a supervisory role is a plus.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative strategies to drive business.
Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain healthy boundaries with both staff and clients.

Certificates, Licenses, and Requirements:

Valid Driver's License.
Must reside and work in Colorado.
Background check and UA screening.
