Nurse Practitioner (NP)

A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is needed in St. Louis, MO.

• Above market compensation: Earn over $135k
• Base salary: $125,000 - $130,000 plus 10% of base as bonus
• Bonus metrics based on hospital sick days, HEDIS measures, customer satisfaction, and alignment to values

• Paid Holidays: 8 days
• Retirement Package: 401(K) – 3% match

• Expected Start Date 7/1/2025
• Monday to Friday schedule
• Manage a patient panel of up to 650 individuals
• See an average of 10-12 patients per day
• Work in a newly built, state-of-the-art clinic
• Utilize an advanced, cloud-based electronic health record system
• 100% outpatient care

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP), APRN, AGNP, or CNP
• Geriatric experience is a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a primary care outpatient setting
• Experience with knee and shoulder injections, skin biopsies, and suturing required
