Position Overview:

• Location: Bronx, NY.
• Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time.
• Salary: $200,000 - $350,000 annually (based on experience and schedule).

Qualifications:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified (or Board Eligible) in Nephrology.
• Active New York State Medical License.
• Proficiency in dialysis care, renal diagnostics, and EHR systems.
• Strong communication, empathy, and collaborative mindset.
• Fellows nearing completion of training are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage chronic kidney disease and acute renal disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Oversee dialysis treatments and coordinate care with surgeons.
• Prescribe medications and manage hypertension and electrolyte imbalances.
• Conduct patient consultations and educate patients on kidney health.
• Document all encounters thoroughly and comply with clinical guidelines.
