Maintenance Technician – Exciting Career Opportunity!

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our client in Huntington Beach, CA . This is an opportunity to work with a Premium manufacturer of custom-designed faucets and plumbing fixtures for residential and commercial use.

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Salary: $28-$30

Job Type: Monday to Friday, full-time, 9:00 PM to 5:45 AM.

What You’ll Do:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and decision-making skills, with self-motivation and hands-on knowledge of mechanical and computer-controlled machinery.
• Experience with welding (MIG, TIG, Arc), vacuum equipment, cutting tools, and systems like pumps, gearboxes, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
• Proficient in electrical schematics, 480V 3-phase troubleshooting, and low voltage controls.
• Perform and update PM logs, record inspections, and complete work before production begins.
• Adaptable to changing work environments, able to meet project deadlines, troubleshoot issues, and operate PVD coating equipment when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• At least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using common tools and desktop technology (e.g., Microsoft Office).
