My client, a multi-state law firm, is seeking an experience attorney to join their Professional Liability team. In this role, you will handle a variety of professional liability coverage cases. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of civil litigation defense experience. Responsibilities:

* Successfully manage a docket of professional liability and general insurance coverage and insurance defense matters
* Take and defend depositions, draft filings, motions, and attend court appearances
* Effectively communicate with the team and collaborate with attorneys and staff
* Consistently work to acheive favorable outcomes for clients

Qualifications:

* Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
* Licensed to practice in Arizona
* 5-10 years of litigation experience
* Experience in professional liability and/or civil litigation defense
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
