Dickie Brennan & Company, a renowned name in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Host to join our team at Audubon Clubhouse. As a Host, you will play a crucial role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Dickie Brennan & Company was established in 1991 with a mission to continue the rich history of New Orleans cuisine through locally inspired and nationally recognized dishes. Our restaurant group includes four iconic establishments in New Orleans' picturesque French Quarter: Palace Cafe, Dickie Brennan's Steakhouse, Bourbon House, and Tableau. In addition, we proudly own and operate Acorn Cafe, located in New Orleans' City Park adjacent to the Louisiana Children's Museum, and The Commissary Kitchen + Market in New Orleans' Garden District, as well as the historic Pascal's Manale in Uptown New Orleans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with enthusiasm and a smile
• Manage the waitlist and seating arrangements efficiently
• Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate with guests
• Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations
• Collaborate with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Passion for delivering exceptional hospitality
