Position Overview As the General Manager, you will lead all dealership operations, driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This role requires a proven leader who can develop high-performing teams, implement strong sales and service processes, and ensure profitability while maintaining a customer-first culture. This position requires strong collaboration with the executive leadership team to align dealership operations with the company’s broader strategic vision. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales and management team. Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective strategies. Oversee all dealership departments, including sales, service, finance, and fixed operations. Foster a customer-focused culture and deliver an outstanding dealership experience. Optimize inventory management, pricing strategies, and market positioning. Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and track performance. Build strong relationships with OEMs, vendors, and community stakeholders. Collaborate with executive leadership to align dealership goals with company objectives. What We’re Looking For Proven success as a General Manager or high-level leadership role in an automotive dealership. Strong business acumen, leadership, and team-building skills.
