A bit about you: We’re looking for someone who is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in being dependable. You’re someone who naturally takes initiative—keeping the main living areas tidy, staying on top of dishes and our daughter’s laundry, and jumping in to help wherever needed. Clear and kind communication is a must, as we see you as a true partner in our day-to-day rhythm. We value getting outside daily and limiting screen time, and we’d love someone creative who can plan fun, enriching activities both indoors and out. Our previous nannies were artistic and incredibly proactive, and we’re hoping to find someone just as thoughtful and intrinsically motivated. Job Duties: Each day starts by taking the lead on dishes/tidying up while Dad gets our daughter up and ready for the day. Once she’s set, a smooth handoff takes place, and the morning is spent engaging in play or preparing for the day’s outing or school. From 11 AM to 1 PM, the focus shifts to an activity or school, followed by lunch and a nap around 1 PM. If Dad is home and all daily tasks have been completed, the nanny is welcome to wrap up their day after the nap begins. We’re looking for someone who can jump into the flow of our household with ease, maintain structure, and keep our daughter engaged and cared for throughout the morning. Driving will be required and the nanny will need to use their own car.

Schedule: Varies from week to week, but generally 35-40 hours a week, potential for overtime hours each month. The schedule is provided 6 months in advance. Starting as soon as the right fit is identified and going for one year or longer.
