#### ** About Us**

We are a fully remote digital marketing and website development company serving clients in the eLearning, online memberships, and spiritual coaching space. Our team thrives on creativity, innovation, and collaboration, using an Agile Scrumban (Kanban-style) framework to keep things dynamic and focused.

#### ** What We’re Looking For**

A **Front-End Developer (WordPress + Divi)** with strong **UI/UX design skills in Figma**. You'll develop Divi websites, build funnels and automations, and design digital assets that bring our clients' visions to life.

This is a **full-time position** (starting part-time) with increasing responsibilities and room for growth.

#### ** Schedule & Availability**

* **Must be available** Monday–Friday from **8 am to 4 pm CST** (Costa Rica/Guatemala time)
* The position starts part-time, with the expectation of transitioning into full-time quickly.

#### ** Responsibilities:**

**Daily Front-End & Funnel Tasks**

* Fulfill 3–6 technical requests per day from the support queue
* Build full funnels: landing, thank you, sales, checkout, upsell/downsell pages
* Implement automated email sequences

**WordPress Development (Divi)**

* Design and maintain responsive WordPress sites with Divi
* Use WooCommerce, LearnDash, WP Fusion, ACF Pro
* Create custom post types and fields
* Troubleshoot website/CRM issues

**Figma Design**

* Design wireframes and high-fidelity pages (home, landing, sales, etc.)
* Create brand assets: logos, icons, banners, ad creatives
* Optimize UX across platforms

**CRM (ActiveCampaign, FunnelKit, FluentCRM)**

* Set up email automations and segment contact lists
* Schedule and manage campaigns

**Team Workflow & Communication**

* Manage tasks via ClickUp (or similar)
* Record Loom-style how-to videos and create explainer docs
* Attend meetings via camera and mic
* Communicate clearly in **English** (spoken & written)

#### ** Optional (but awesome to have!)**

* Experience with **WooCommerce**: product setup, coupons, subscriptions
* Knowledge of **LearnDash**: course/lesson creation, access control, styling
* Familiarity with CRM automation and segmentation
* ClickUp or task management tool experience

#### **✅ Requirements**

* Strong English (written & spoken)
* Reliable mic and camera (for meetings)
* Portfolio showcasing **Divi projects** and **Figma designs**
* Full-time availability within **CST working hours**
