We are looking to find a candidate for a financial advising position in Milwaukee. We are looking for a recent college graduate or a more experienced individual in a position today who is not feeling fulfilled and looking to start in a profession designed around serving others and making an impact. Additionally, you will work under the guidance and mentorship of an experienced financial advisor. As part of this opportunity, you will work directly with one of our top field leaders who will become your mentor throughout the life of the position. In addition, you will have access to training courses that are designed to educate you on the advisor role and to prepare you to successfully pass all the exams that are required to become a fully registered Financial Advisor. Responsibilities:

• Research and provide financial advice and strategies that are suitable based on client risk tolerance and financial objectives
• Establish strong relationships with new clients as their trusted advisor and continuously identify, seek, and approach prospects
• Gather each client’s financial information to determine financial status, cash flow, financial goals, and financial expectations
• Design customized financial plans suitable for each client based on potential life changes and changing financial needs

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the financial industry, financial products, best practices, and tax regulations is desired
• Exemplary communication skills, math skills, relationship skills, and customer service skills are vital

• Some post-graduate work experience
