FF&E Designer Job in Manhattan, New York

New opening for an FF&E Designer to join a high-end interior design studio, working from their studio in SoHo, Manhattan. Involved in high-end hospitality and residential projects, internationally. Offering a salary of up to $90,000 plus benefits.

The company has a distinctive design style, inspired by experiences, art, and design. With offices in New York and London, they have delivered projects worldwide. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are now seeking an FF&E Designer with 7+ years of industry experience who has a passion for creating exceptional interiors.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design and development of concept proposals, mood boards, and presentations
• Establish FF&E concepts alongside the wider team
• FF&E documentation and installation plans
• Lead the procurement process, liaising with global suppliers
• Able to produce technical drawings and detailing for bespoke items and furniture.

Required Skills & Experience

• Degree qualified in interior design, ideally from a CIDA accredited course
• 7+ years of experience working on high-end residential projects
• Procurement experience
• Strong FF&E experience, including bespoke items
• Good knowledge of suppliers, including off-the-shelf items, bespoke pieces, and antiques.
