Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in estate plan drafting, including wills, trusts, and related documents.
Strong expertise in probate avoidance, asset protection, business formation, and succession planning.
Knowledge of taxation, Medicaid-related issues, and special needs planning.
Comfortable conducting virtual consultations.
Active professional liability insurance coverage.
Preferred:
Active membership with the Arkansas State Bar (preferred for Arkansas residents).
Private practice experience.
Familiarity with modern technology tools, including Microsoft products and CRMs.
Experience in business formation, real estate, elder law, taxation, or asset protection.
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Additional state bar memberships would be advantageous.
