Job Description

Entry-Level Remote Marketing Assistant | Work from Home | No Experience Required

Want to break into digital marketing without a degree or a complicated application process? This fully remote, beginner-friendly role puts you in charge of setting up and maintaining simple marketing systems—using tools that are drag-and-drop and built for first-time users. You’ll help digital teams stay organized and convert leads automatically, all while working from the comfort of your home.

Includes full access to a 5-day onboarding challenge that walks you through building your first working system.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Marketing Assistant, your focus will be on putting the right systems in place—things like email follow-ups, appointment confirmations, and CRM tagging—so that leads don’t slip through the cracks. Using templates and visual editors, you’ll plug into prebuilt campaigns and activate them with clear, easy-to-follow steps.

No phone calls. No live chat. No creative writing or graphic design. Just organized system setup and testing to keep the engine running behind the scenes.

Use logic rules to ensure the right messages are sent at the right time

Keep CRM Contacts Organized

Tag leads based on their activity (signed up, booked, no-showed)

Move contacts into appropriate follow-up sequences

Segment users by stage in the lead journey

Run Tests and Maintain System Flow

Simulate a user experience from form submission to confirmation

Fix common automation issues like missed reminders or incorrect tags

Duplicate working systems for different offers or audiences

A Day in the Role Might Include

Logging into your onboarding dashboard and completing a build task

Setting up a reminder system for leads who didn’t book a consultation

Testing how a lead moves through the system and receives messages

Adjusting message delays or trigger logic for better performance

Preparing the system to run for a different campaign type

What You Don’t Need

A marketing degree or formal training

Any past experience in automation tools or CRMs

Sales, support, or outreach responsibilities

You’ll Fit This Role If You…

Like step-by-step, logic-based work

Enjoy organizing systems behind the scenes

Are ready to learn something new and apply it right away

What You’ll Gain

A Practical Digital Skill

Go through onboarding at your own pace
