Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on validation and/or development of AI/ML models (e.g., random forest, GBM, XGBoost, neural networks, Generative AI).
Apply models across use cases like credit acquisition, risk management, marketing, collections, and fraud detection.
Ensure models comply with internal model risk governance standards.
Conduct technical and statistical analysis to assess model performance and robustness.
Document validation findings and communicate with stakeholders.
Skills/Qualifications:
2 3+ years of experience in AI/ML model validation or development.
Proficiency in Python, R, and SQL.
Strong background in statistics, mathematics, econometrics, or finance.
Experience in model risk management is highly preferred
