Job Description:

We are is looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our team. This role involves delivering exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

 

Pay Range: 

$850 - $1150 weekly

 

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails professionally and promptly.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Resolve customer complaints, ensuring a positive resolution and satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems.
