Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Customer Service Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly and provide accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
• Document all customer interactions in the system for record-keeping.
• Provide product information and assist customers with order placement.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to solve complex issues.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to remain patient and calm with customers.
• Proficient in using computers and handling multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

$850 - $1150week
