This Business Analyst role requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to gather and document business, stakeholder, functional, and technical requirements for technology initiatives. Responsibilities include data mapping, test planning and execution, disaster recovery documentation, stakeholder communication, change management, and active participation in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. The position demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as deep technical knowledge, including data science concepts. This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of three days onsite in White Plains, NY.

Responsibilities:
- Proactively elicit requirements for process transformation.
- Lead and guide stakeholders in future process design.
- Create business, stakeholder, and solution requirements documentation.
- Assist with business process flows and transition requirements.
- Prepare technical requirements, requirements traceability matrix, data mapping, and technical interface specifications.
- Develop test strategies, scenarios, and scripts.
- Support application handover and develop RACI documents.
- Assist with stakeholder communications and impact assessments.
- Prepare weekly status reports and documentation for meetings.
- Develop epics, features, and user stories in Azure DevOps.
- Assist in business case creation as needed.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Business Analysis for technology initiatives.
- Extensive experience with business, stakeholder, and technical requirements (functional and technical).
- Strong understanding of portfolio and project management processes.
- Experience with enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Proactive in requirements elicitation; skilled in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Deep technical knowledge, including data science concepts and requirements gathering.
- Effective team player; diplomatic stakeholder engagement.
- Proven organizational and management capabilities.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Business Analysis certifications.
Special Considerations:
- Candidates must be local to the Tri-State area and in W2 tax status.
- Hybrid schedule: Minimum 3 days onsite; fully remote not permitted.

Scheduling:
