About the Role:

As an Associate Attorney, you will play a key role in representing mortgage and banking clients in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases within the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise in bankruptcy law and make a significant impact on our clients' success.

What You'll Do:

Represent clients in federal bankruptcy court proceedings.
Manage a caseload of Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases.
Conduct legal research and analysis.
Draft and file legal documents.
Communicate effectively with clients and other parties.
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members.
What You'll Need:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and license to practice law in Indiana.
Experience with Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana is highly desirable.
Strong research, writing, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
